At RedZone, we’re fully committed to the promotion of responsible gaming, the protection of minors and the socially vulnerable and ensuring our activities are conducted in a fair and open way.
We believe that gambling is a fun form of entertainment that should not negatively impact our customers’ lives.
What is Responsible Gaming
Responsible gaming means staying in control of how much time and money we spend gambling and treating the activity as just one form of entertainment in a balanced lifestyle. Just like with other forms of entertainment, gambling is a form of expenditure, and responsible gaming means not spending more money or time than we can reasonably afford, keeping in mind all our other responsibilities in life.
Following these simple tips can help make sure your gambling doesn't become a problem.
- Don't think of gambling as a way to make money
- Only gamble with money you can afford to lose
- Set a money and time limit in advance
- Never chase your losses
- Don't gamble when you're depressed or upset
- Balance gambling with other activities
- Take frequent breaks
- Don't drink or use drugs when gambling
Managing Your Activity
Setting Your Own Limits
If you have an account with us, you can control and manage your own gambling activity as follows:
-Deposit limits allow you to limit the amount of money you can deposit into your account on either a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
To set and manage your limits, click on the “Account Limits” button within your Account page.
If you have an account with us, you can control and manage the amount of time you can spend on the site in any single session.
To manage your session times, click on the “Personal Details” button within your Account page. From here, you can set the maximum number of minutes you are willing to spend in any single session.
If you have an account with us, you can control and manage what products you have access to. If you want to restrict your ability to play on either our Casino (which includes all slots, table games and live dealer) or Sportsbook (which includes all pre-match, in-play and virtual sports betting), you may activate our product blocking feature by sending a request to our Customer Support Team at email@example.com. Such request should specify whether you want to restrict access to Casino or Sportsbook. You should allow at least 48 hours from your request for the relevant product blocking to be implemented.
If you would like to remove a previously requested product blocking, this will be actioned at our sole discretion and in any event, such request shall be subject to a 7-day cooling off period before any product blocking is removed.
Activating a product blocking will not prevent you from occasionally receiving marketing communications related to this product. You can, however, manage your general marketing preferences from within your Account settings.
If you would like to take a break from all products, then please refer to our time-out tool and other gambling management options as referred to below.
Our time-out facility allows you to take a short break from gambling. We offer the ability to request a 24 hour, 7 day, 1 month or 6 week time-out via the “Responsible Gaming” button within your Account Page.
You may also request any other time-out period up to a maximum of 6 weeks by emailing your request to our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your request for a time-out has been activated, your account will be blocked and you will not be able to play on our website or deposit into your account for the duration of the time-out period. Your account shall be automatically re-instated after the time-out period has expired.
If you consider the need to take a longer break from gambling, we provide a self-exclusion facility which allows you to prevent yourself from accessing your account for a minimum period of 6 months, up to a maximum period of 5 years. You can access the self-exclusion facility via the “Responsible Gaming” button within your Account Page.
If you self-exclude, you shall have any withdrawable real money funds from your account returned. Once the self-exclusion period has expired, the exclusion will remain in place until a request is received by our Customer Support team at email@example.com to reactivate your account. Such a request is confirmed via a phone call, and the reinstatement will take effect 24 hours after the confirmation. Re-registering online will not be available.
In the event you initiate a self-exclusion, we would recommend that you seek help and support from a recognised gambling support organization. Please see the Help and Support section below for further details. We would also recommend that you self-exclude with any other gambling operator you may have an account with.
If you are considering self-exclusion, you may wish to register with GAMSTOP. GAMSTOP is a free service that enables you to selfexclude from all online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain.
