              How do I choose a Username and Password?

              Your username needs to be between six (6) and twenty (20) characters and cannot be in use already. The password needs to consist of at least eight (8) characters and must include upper and lower case letter(s) and one special character.

              Can I have more than one RedZoneSports account?

              No. Customers are not allowed to hold more than one account with RedZoneSports. If you are unsure if you had an account previously then please contact us and we can check for you. Please do not open a second account.

              How old do I have to be to register at RedZoneSports?

              You must to be at least 18 years old to hold an account with RedZoneSports. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to open an account and/or gamble. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age from any customer and may suspend an account until adequate verification is received.

              Why was my credit card payment cancelled?

              We would advise that in the first instance you check with our customer support team via email at help@redzonesports.bet.  However, please check the following list for reasons why your credit card payment may have been refused:

              1.    More and more banks offer 3D Secure code for credit card transactions. If your bank offers this service your credit card needs to be activated. Please contact your bank and request the activation and information of the 3D Secure code. The 3D Secure Code is also called Verified by VISA or MasterCard Secure Code.
              2.    It is possible that your bank does not accept payments or sets up a limitation for payments to gambling companies. Please contact your bank for more information.
              3.    Due to security reasons no further deposits will be possible after ten payments (successful or denied) within 12 hours. Please note that you need to wait for 12 hours otherwise the waiting time will reset to another 12 hours.

              How do I request a withdrawal?

              How do I receive my winnings?

              Verifying Your Account

              Why do I have to verify my account?

              To comply with our legal and licensing regulations we are required to verify the data you have registered in your account. Therefore, we might ask you to send us your ID and a proof of address. In the event that your verification documents do not coincide with the given data, your account will be suspended.

              How do I verify my account?

              The following documents can be used:Photographic ID: We require valid, up to date photo documentation. These ID documents can be in the form of a Passport, Photo Driver’s License (front & back of photo card license) or National ID Card (front and back of card,) or a UK photo Citizencard (front & back of the card.)

              We need to see the full document including any numbers around the perimeters and at the bottom of the page.               Proof of Address: We must be able to verify the address as registered on your account. A recent utility bill, solicitors letter, bank statement, tenancy agreement or any other similar legal document sent to your registered address is acceptable. This document must be no more than 3 months old at the time of verification. Your full name and l address, as well as the date of sending and senders stamp/headed logo must all be visible. Please note that mobile phone statements are not accepted as valid proof of address.

              These copies have to be uploaded via the Upload Verification Documents page within your account. A picture taken with a digital camera or a mobile phone will suffice.

              My Account

              How do I change my registered address?

              If you have changed your address, please email help@redzonesports.bet to inform us of this change. Please note that we will require a proof of address document to verify this change.

              Can I change my name or date of birth?

              For legal reasons, your first name, last name and date of birth cannot be changed directly in your account settings. In the event you would like to change any of the above, kindly send an email to our support team at help@redzonesports.bet.

              Responsible Gaming

              What Responsible Gaming tools are available to me?

              ·         Deposit Limits - Deposit limits allow you to restrict the amount you can deposit in to your account in a 24 hour, weekly and monthly period. Once you have reached any set limits, you will not be able to deposit until the reset date.

              ·         Time-Out - Time out periods allow you to take a break from the website for any time period between 24 hours and 6 weeks. Once this time has elapsed then your account will be reinstated automatically.

              ·         Reality Check - This is a pop-up message that will appear after a specific time to inform you that you have been playing for that amount of time. You will have the option to either continue playing or log out of the account.

              I want to take a break from gambling, can I restrict my account?

              Once your request for a time-out has been activated, your account will be blocked and you will not be able to play on our website or deposit into your account for the duration of the time-out period. Your balance (if any) will remain in your account unless you contact us and ask for a withdrawal.

              Your account shall be automatically re-instated after the time-out period has expired and we won't notify you when your account reactivates.

              Time-out will stand for the entire duration chosen and cannot be undone beforehand.

              How can I self-exclude myself from your site?
